Can I exchange my frames?
Yes. We accept exchanges on frames within 14 days of delivery, provided the frames are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Can I return prescription lenses?
Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on prescription lenses once they have been made. Please double-check your prescription details before placing your order.

Yes. When ordering prescription lenses, you will need to provide your up-to-date prescription from your optometrist. You can upload it during checkout or send it to us after placing your order.
How long do prescription lenses take?
Prescription lenses require additional preparation time. Please allow an extra 2–5 business days on top of the standard delivery window for prescription orders.
What if my prescription details are wrong?
